Coffee Cozies

How stinkin' cute are these? I was inspired by Catherine Cote's blog and knew I had to make some for myself! I went to Starbucks and grabbed a cardboard sleeve (around my caramal macchiato) and then used it as a template to cut out the felt. I used my sewing machine to stitch it together. And then....pulled out the Big Shot and cut out flowers from Basket's and Blooms die (thanks Deanne) and the Flower Daisies #2. I also embellished them with the Sweet Pea felt flowers from the Occassions mini catalogue and a few flowers from Flower Fusion (page 180). The bright green and purple cozies are for my girls (Emily made her own flowers on her green one) and I'm not sure who the lucky recipients of the others are yet! I'm loving them all - it's going to be a tough decision which one I get to keep.

Easy Peasy

This is a super easy card - I saw one like it on line (can't remember who to credit - sorry)

Tree, Thoughts and Prayers

I often find Sympathy cards are the toughest to give. I'm never quite sure of the right words to say and have found myself without any made on hand when I have needed them. So I borrowed this set from a friend and made a whole bunch of different cards. Some for sympathy, illness and I left a few blank. I love this tree (you may recall from an earlier post as I have the Decor Element version on my wall!)

Cupcake Party

I did this workiishop last year and although the DSP has retired, the cupcake set is still available (Crazy for Cupcakes 111618). I have had a couple of customers request copies of what the cards looked like as they gave them all away. This is a great colour combination but could be substituted with Bashful Blue or Brocade Blue (instead of Pink Pirouette) as an alternative.

Easel Card

I love this card! I got the instructions on how to make the Easel card from I always loved the colour Pacific Point for a bird so I dug out the Sunny Day DSP retired paper, Pacific Point cardstock and the Kiwi Kiss double sided satin ribbon.

Happy Birthday to me!

Yeah! - I finally made a card using my new Sweet Pea Stitched Felt flowers. It is very quick and simple, which I love. I used the Stem Sayings stamp set for the stem and adhered the felts to complete!

And since it is my birthday today, here is a special offer this week. For every $50 order you will save 10%. For every $100 order you will save 20%. This is in addition to the fabulous Sale-A-Bration stamp sets available (each $65 order you can choose a free Sale-A-Bration stamp set). As a further bonus, once four customers have sent me their orders, I will enter your name in a draw to win a free hostess set of your choice from the Idea Book and Catalogue and another lucky winner will win the free hostess product (minimum of $20 worth of free product). Please email me your orders by noon on January 15th. This offer is only valid on orders that are emailed through me

New fun product!

Here are a few of the new items from the Occassions Mini Catalogue! Starting January 5th you can order from this new mini. There are new punches, clear mounted stamps, and accessories. There is also additional new Decor Elements and the best part is that Sale-A-Bration also begins January 5th and doesn't end until March 31! That's almost three full months to earn free stamp sets with every $65 purchase you make. Check back for samples using my new goodies!
